RETURNS

All purchases made from our e-store are eligible for an exchange or credit note, provided that the garment is in its original condition; unworn, altered or washed with all tags attached. The item must be returned back to us within 7 days of receiving the order (unless an alternative has been arranged and approved by the online department).

No credit notes will be issued for sale items (promotional periods are an exempt).

Absolutely no returns will be accepted on garments with makeup/tan marks. If this is the case, the return will be void and the item will be returned back to the customer.

All orders dispatched from Zachary are checked and approved by quality control. In an unlikely case of an item being faulty from production, we will happily provide you with a full refund given that your claim of fault has been reviewed and approved by our online department. Please be advised that we do not accept online purchases to be returned or exchanged in any Zachary Boutiques.

The return should include your original invoice and the returns slip filled out with the correct information regarding your return. You will be contacted by our online department as soon as your parcel has been received and processed.

Kindly note, Zachary does not take responsibility for parcels until they have been received back at head office and therefore we recommend customers to send back their orders using registered post.
